-How will they incorporate their new learning into their counselling style?
-How comfortable do you feel providing feedback to clients on a scale of 1 to 10? 1=lowest & 10=highest
-Is there an area we talked about today that you are still unsure or uncomfortable with?
These questions should be asked as a large group, “instruction should have learners publicly demonstrate their new knowledge or skills” (Reigeluth et al., 2009, p.42).
